Our

Menu

Welcome to our restaurant, a historic realm of traditional and genuine Tuscan and local cuisine, renowned for its seasonal delicacies, including game, charcoal-grilled meat, Florentine steak, barbecue, truffles, and porcini and prugnoli mushrooms.
We work with high-quality meats from both the Alto Mugello region and the Fassona Piemontese and Galician Spanish breeds.

We work with truffles all year round according to the season, so they are always fresh: from summer black truffles, brumale, Norcia black truffles, marzuolo bianchetto, and prized white truffles in the winter season, as well as prugnoli in the spring and porcini in their season.

Your meal can start with a traditional dish of mixed Tuscan cold cuts and crostini (little toastes) or, if you're looking for something more tasty, don't miss the omelette with truffles and seasonal appetizers..
The first courses, including the renowned homemade Mugello potato tortelli (sort of ravioli) , are all zero-kilometer. Try those based on fresh pasta and truffles: real delights! Some suggestions? The first courses, including the renowned homemade Mugello potato tortelli, are all zero-kilometer.

Among the main courses, the must-tries are: game, wild boar and Florentine steak, but if you want to step away from the classics, you can try the grilled rooster..
For side dishes, fresh seasonal vegetables, grilled vegetables, salads, and when in season... the delicious porcini and prugnoli mushrooms! Our desserts are also strictly zero-kilometer. It should be noted, however, that all our dishes vary according to seasonal products: in summer, we also prepare fish dishes.
